Inspiration > Motivation. How might we find ours?

Motivation is external, inspiration is internal. Motivation needs one to convince and psych up themselves. Inspiration is different - to be in spirit - you naturally want to act in a way that feels right. You're not working for a reward, but for the joy of doing something and the fulfilment coming from doing it.

Impressionable minds + Stories + Experiences + Exposure + Role Models = Increased chance of inspiration striking.
